Support email
Use support@legacytk.com for account, billing, download, or product support. Include the email address on the account, the page or app version involved, the operating system, and the plan or installer channel if it is relevant.
Do not send vault contents, passwords, recovery codes, private documents, or plaintext exports by email. If a support request involves sensitive records, describe the problem without attaching the private data itself.
Security reports
Use security@legacytk.com for security concerns. Include the affected URL, the account state needed to reproduce the issue, and whether any private data may be exposed.
Useful reports explain what happened, what you expected to happen, whether the issue requires sign-in, and the smallest set of steps needed to reproduce it. Screenshots are helpful when they avoid exposing private vault content.
